The movie starts with Annabella (Margie Newton), an attorney,  by the bedside of one of her client, a young drug addict in a recovery clinic. Before he dies, he tells her where she can find a taped diary disclosing all the terrible secrets that have been going on in this small town. She decides to stay and it soon appears that she is seeking revenge upon all those who had harmed...！
